Order Processing Times
We strive to process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after your order is confirmed. In extraordinary circumstances (such as the holiday rush or supply-chain issues), your order may take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
For domestic shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Masingo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders) or 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for international orders), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to the regulations of some of our carriers, as well as the size of most of our products, we do not deliver to P.O boxes. Please select a home or business street address when entering your information.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns: Returns must be requested within 90 days of purchase. Returns requested within this window will receive a refund minus cost of initial shipping *and* cost of return shipping. We will email you a shipping label to print, with instructions how to mail back your Masingo product. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
Refunds & Exchanges: Sometimes even the best singers hit a sour note. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to get you singing once more.
Warranty: To ensure you get years of fun out of your karaoke machine, we offer a 1-year warranty and a 3-year parts warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. Terms and conditions may apply. See our warranty page for more details.
